The mark for which a trademark registration is sought is a motion mark consisting of 12 figures showing the state of change of the mark over time. The numbers shown in the lower right corner of each figure indicate the order of the figures, which are not the components of the mark. As shown in Figs. 1-4, the thick swirl rotates and is gathered near the center, while changing the color in the order of blue, yellow, purple to green. Then, as shown in Fig. 5, the black patterns with gradation appear in the four corners and start gathering toward the center to become one circle as shown in Fig. 6, and the circle shrinks toward the center as shown in Figs. 7 and 8. Then, as shown in Figs. 9 and 10, the circle is enlarged together with the multi-color scattered patterns, the words "TOHO Games" written in two lines appear below the circle, and then the circle shrinks toward the center again as shown in Fig. 11. At last, the multi-color scattered patterns disappear, and the words "TOHO Games" written in two lines and underlined with color appear below the colored circle as shown in Fig. 12. The movement of this motion mark is for 1.5 seconds overall.
