An original combinative mark is declared; the figurative part of the mark has the form of an ellipse; its large axis runs from the bottom left corner to the right upper corner of the image; that is one focus of the ellipse is located in the lower left part of the image, another focus of the ellipse is located in the upper right part of the image; there are two elements resembling the letters "T" and "U" on the background of the ellipse; "T"-element is placed on top of the "U"-element; the verbal part of the mark is formed by the letter combination "TO-U" (transliteration with the letters of the Ukrainian alphabet "?? ?", translation into Ukrainian "?? ????"); this letter combination is located on the right side of the "U"-element and is read from bottom up; the letter combination was derived from reduction of the English expression "TO YOU" by the abandonment of the word "TO" and the reduction of the word "YOU" because of the abandonment of the letter "U"; there is a hyphen between the word "TO" and the letter "U".
