The mark consists of a figurative mark on a background in blue, with it being darker in the upper left side and gets lighter towards the bottom right, containing the four words "FLOATING BANDS COCHLEA ANALYZER" in white with dark grey shading placed at the top center underneath the acronym "FBCA" in white with dark grey shading, and a figure, placed on the left-hand side, of a man seated on an office chair, in light grey and dark grey, white, silver and black, working at a computer in light grey and dark grey, black and silver placed on a transparent desk. From a modular rectangular device on top of the computer, both in light grey, black and dark grey, a laser beam emerges in light green and shades of green with a light purple halo outline which crosses the entire image of the trade mark from left to right and arrives at the ear of the right-hand side of a human face in light grey and dark grey, silver, black, with pink and shades of pink cheeks. In this face, a closed eye is also visible with a black line where the eye is closed. Above the laser beam and along its entire length, there is, in shades of green a horizontal axis with small green dividing lines, underneath some of which are opaque green specks, and above which is a series of fifty-five adjacent green vertical bars of varying height. Underneath the laser beam there are, in sky blue, blue and dark blue, green and shades of green, a series of nineteen vertical bars of varying height and size placed one next to the other, which cross the trade mark horizontally. There is a series of six waves crossing the trade mark horizontally, at varying heights, and representing different audio stimuli, two of which are light green, two in blue, with the remainder in light and dark grey.
