The mark consists of a three dimensional packaging design for sugar coated milk chocolates, comprising a transparent cellophane wrapper encassing two round sugar coated milk chocolates, which together depict a three-dimensional configuration of a black and white panda bear with grey shading holding a green bamboo stalk with a red vertical scroll design to the right of its head displaying the word "Panda" in white Chinese characters, whereby the white areas of the upper and lower bodies of the panda are formed by the round shapes of two white sugar coated milk chocolates encassed within the transparent wrapper, with all other features of the mark printed on the wrapper. The broken lines depicting the shape of the packaging indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
