The mark consists of a vertical rectangle with a single black line border. The rectangle is divided into three horizontal bars, with an inner thin white border line around the outside edges of each bar. The top bar is orange and is the largest, extending from the top of the rectangle three quarters of the way down the rectangle. Beneath the top bar are two bars of equal size. The second bar is in blue. The third bar is in white and contains the black wording "ACTIONLASER". The image of a white laser beam standing on a point appears in the center of the second blue bar. The top portion of the laser beam extends into the lower portion of the top orange bar. A solid white line extends from the top middle of the laser beam to the top of the rectangle. Four diagonal white lines extend from the laser beam to the edges of the rectangle on both the left and right in a symmetrical appearance. The entire design appears on a white background, which is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
