The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a white bottle with the wording "MICHAL KLEOFAS OGINSKI" in black with the term "OGINSKI" in larger lettering and the wording "MICHAL KLEOFAS" above that in smaller letters surrounded by a black curved line representing the outline of a grand piano; below the wording is the design of a black grand piano with black and white keys covering the lower half of the bottle; the neck portion of the bottle and the cap are in black, and the wording, "MICHAL KLEOFAS OGINSKI" appears in the same stylization and with the same abstract piano design, but smaller, on the neck of the bottle and in white; a silver band separates the black portion of the bottle neck from the white color below of the bottle; the dotted lines outlining the overall shape of the bottle, the bottle cap and seal are not part of the mark, but intended to show placement of the mark on the goods.
