Plastic fibres, meaning synthetic fibres not for use in textiles, in particular synthetic fibres of carbon; semi-finished goods made from plastic, meaning synthetic carbon, in particular, sheets, braiding, disk insulation, namely, shock absorbent padding and insulation material in sheet form for use in further manufacturing, flexible hoses and tubes, expansion joints, and custom contoured shapes and components all in the nature of semi-processed plastics, meaning semi-processed synthetic carbon fibers for use in a wide variety of industrial and mechanical equipment; prepregs, namely, pre-impregnated composite fibers comprised of carbon fibres and not for textile use; knitted fabrics and fabrics layered with carbon fibers, not for textile use, and all for use in the further manufacture of fiber reinforced synthetic carbon; all the foregoing goods excluding sections of rubber for retreating tires and excluding raw and semi-worked rubber *, all the foregoing goods with the exception of plastic for packaging and finished and semi-finished products made of polyethylene *
