The mark consists of a lime colored background featuring a dark green faded rectangular border. Each corner of the border features a dark green faded outline of part of a plum flower. Inside the top portion of the rectangular border features the small non-Latin characters "toroku" and "shohyo" in dark green. At the very bottom inside the rectangular border are the dark green non-Latin characters "Niigata-shi Kitayama hachi-yon-nana banchi ichi" and "Shuzo Kabushiki Kaisha". In the center of the rectangular border is a symmetric cloud-like shape outlined in lime color with an inner yellow outline having a white background and yellow center. In the center of the cloud-like shape running vertically are the large dark green non-Latin characters "koshi-no kanbai". Also running vertically to the left are the smaller non-Latin characters "seishu" in red. Running vertically to the right side are the non-Latin characters "junryo" in red. Extending out of the cloud-like shape on the left and right side are dark green plum tree branches having white plum flowers featuring a yellow center and smaller white circles. Inside the bottom portion of the plum branches are lime colored ovals of various shapes comprised of small lime colored dots.
