The trademark consists of a characteristic part of a spectacle frame, namely a connecting element attached to both sides of the front part of the frame, which connecting element serves to fix a temple at it; the connecting element on the left side is mirror-inverted to the one on the right side of the front part; the characteristic part comprises a recess in the form of a curved line, which starts in the middle of the characteristic part, continues then horizontally to the middle of the part, runs downwards to form a curvature at the lowest position, which curvature is directed upwards, and finally runs to an open end at the upper end of the characteristic part, the upper open end being located at that position of the characteristic part which is directed away from the front part of the spectacle frame; furthermore, the characteristic part shows two pair of slits in vertical alignment, respectively; fig. 1.1 shows the characteristic part of the connecting element which is connected on the left side of the front frame, which characteristic part is facing away from the face of the person wearing the spectacles; and Fig. 1.2. shows the side of said characteristic part facing the face of the person wearing the spectacles.
