The mark consists of a sign depicting the wording Rossi, in fancy characters, written at the bottom left within a substantially rectangular frame with rounded corners, the right-hand end portion of which is occupied by four adjoining bands, the first band of which is defined by a first curved side and by a second irregular side to define a portion of a stylized ring gear that extends from the lower edge to the upper edge of said frame; the second band is contained between said second side and a third curved side that starts from the same second side and extends upwards up to the right-hand lateral edge of said frame and the following two bands are confined, respectively, between said third side and a fourth curved side that extends between the lower edge and the right-hand lateral edge of said frame and between said third side and the lower right-hand corner of the same frame.
