The mark consists of product packaging, from top to bottom, with a dotted outline of the cap of the bottle that is not part of the mark, to wit: (i) a stylized green bottle with a red cap depicted with broken lines merely to show position of the cap at the uppermost point of the bottle's neck; (ii) beneath the red cap in the neck of the bottle, appears an upper neck wrapper in yellow and gold with vertical stripes; (iii) upon the upper neck wrapper appears the stylized lettering "LB" outlined in gold; (iv) beneath the stylized "LB" lettering appears the stylized words "MARCA REGISTADA" in red and the wording "EXIGIR A ASSINATURA DO FABRICANTE" in burgundy beneath the foregoing to the side of which appears the script wording "REDONDO"; (v) at the bottom of the upper neck wrapper appears the wording "DESDE 1929" in gold, set upon a red margin; (v) beneath the upper neck wrapper there appears a gold ribbon which is secured in place by the upper neck wrapper; (vi) the gold ribbon travels down the front of the neck of the green bottle, which forms a bulb-shaped feature at the intersection of the neck of the bottle with the bulk thereof; (vii) at the bottom of the bulb shape feature of the bottle, the gold ribbon wraps around the periphery of the bottle; (viii) the gold ribbon continues down the face of the green bottle thereafter to a red medallion with a stylized coat of arms with the wording "LICOR BEIRAO PRODUCED IN PORTUGAL" around the periphery of the coat of arms; (ix) the gold ribbon continues underneath the red medallion and is held in place both by the same and the main label of the product packaging; (x) the main label of the product packaging has a red and black border leaf design on the right and left side of the label; (xi) at the top of the label the wording "DESDE 1929" appears; (xii) beneath the foregoing, in the middle of the label, the wording "LICOR BEIRÃO" appears; (xiii) the foregoing wording is set upon a stylized depiction of a farmhouse within a countryside setting; (xiv) beneath the foregoing a narrative appears in gold which reads, "ESTE DELICIOSO E BEM CONHECIDO LICOR É PRODUZIDO NA SERRA DA LOUSAN. É PREPARADO A PARTIR DE UMA DUPLA DESTILAÇÃO DE DIVERSAS PLANTAS E SEMENTES AROMÁTICAS DE ACORDO COM UMA FÓRMULA SECRETA MUITO ANTIGA" and "O LICOR DE PORTUGAL" appearing directly thereunder with the letters "O", "L" and "P" in red and the remaining letters in black; (xv) the bottom of the label contains a green, gold and red band. The gold band contains the wording "PRODUZIDO E ENGARRAFADO POR" underneath which the wording "J. CARRANCA REDONDO, LDA" appears in the red band. To the immediate left of the foregoing appears the gold wording "22% Vol." and to the left thereof appears the gold wording "0,701. e". Underneath the wording "J. CARRANCA REDONDO, LDA" appears the wording "DESTILADORES LICORISTAS LOUSAN PORTUGAL" in black.
