The mark consists of a bottle with a ring around the cap with the wording "HARLEM IMPORTED KRUIDEN LIQUER" enclosing the stylized letters "HH" or "HHH" wherein one letter "H" is superimposed on top of a second letter "H" that is shorter and wider; on the neck of the bottle is a design of a vines with leaves with the term "HARLEM" superimposed on top; on the front of the bottle is the term "HARLEM" above the phrase "SERVE ICE COLD" above the phrase "KRUIDEN LIQUEUR" all of which is superimposed on top of a stylized letter "H" comprised of the design of a vine with leaves and above the letter "M" in "HARLEM" is a stylized four-point star wherein each of the four points looks similar to an arrow head and in the center of each point is a diamond and in the center of the four point star is a circle with the stylized letters "HH" or "HHH" wherein one letter "H" is superimposed on top of a second letter "H that is shorter and wider; at the bottom of the bottle is stylized letters "HH" or "HHH" wherein one letter "H" is superimposed on top of a second letter "H" that is shorter and wider with the term "IMPORTED" superimposed on top of the front letter "H"; the color black appears in the bottle, in the ring around the bottle cap, in the border around the design element consisting of the stylized four-point star and in the center circle of the four-point star; the color white appears in the phrase "SERVE ICE COLD" on the front of the bottle; the color gray appears in the design of a vine with leaves on the neck of the bottle and in the stylized letter "H" comprised of the design of a vine with leaves on the front of the bottle; the color silver gray appears in the term "HARLEM" on the neck of the bottle, in the wording "HARLEM IMPORTED KRUIDEN LIQUEUR" around the cap of the bottle, in the stylized letters "HH" or "HHH" on the bottle cap, in the term "HARLEM", in the phrase "KRUIDEN LIQUEUR" and in the term "IMPORTED" all on the front of the bottle and in the background of the stylized four-point star; the color red appears in the ring around the cap of the bottle, in the stylized letters "HH" or "HHH" in the stylized four-point star design on the front of the bottle and in the top letter "H" in the stylized letters "HH" or "HHH" at the bottom of the bottle; the color dark red appears in the bottom letter "H" and portions of the top letter "H" in the stylized letters "HH" or "HHH" at the bottom of the bottle.
