The mark consists of the logotype has three elements. One element is composed of stylized letters that spell "TACO JOE'S"; all are upper case letters. These letters consist of a thin white line surrounded by a thicker orange outline. The second element is composed of a stylized gecko with a body that is largely green but has an orange jagged stripe down the left side of the body from the back of the head to the tip of the tail. The orange jagged stripe is highlighted by white down the center of the back. The gecko has white spiral-shaped eyes and an orange spiral-shaped tongue which is protruding from the head where you would expect the gecko's mouth to be. The gecko is placed between the words "TACO" and "JOE'S" with its head pointing up and slightly to the left next to the letter "O" in Taco and the tail pointing down and to the right next to the letter "J" in Joe's. The third element of the logotype is composed of stylized letters that spell "SOUTHWEST EATS". These letters are all upper case and consist of a thin white line surrounded by a thicker green outline. The word "SOUTHWEST" begins under the letter "A" and extends beyond the letter "O" in the word "TACO" and the word "EATS" is under the letter "J" in the word "JOE'S". The tail of the gecko extends down between the words "SOUTHWEST" and "EATS".
