The mark consists of Black appearing in all of the lettering of the words of the mark, in the unfinished oval that frames the entire mark, and in the suit, hat, shoes and magnifying glass of the little figure in the center; Red appears in the outlining of the black letters of "Network Trouble-Shooters, Inc."; Gray appears in the outlining of the letters of "Network Trouble-Shooters, Inc." at the very bottom of the mark and on the computer monitor: Tan appears in the computer desk and in the face and hands of the small center figure; White appears in the computer and as background to the entire mark.
