The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies that the gemological services, namely, the grading of precious stones, are performed by graduates of certifier, and that each of such persons (i) is a graduate of an approved course relating to gemology and gemological appraisal; (ii) has passed our examinations in gemology and gemological appraisal; (iii) has passed an annual certification test; and (iv) has submitted annual dues to the certifier.
