The mark consists of black letter "c" and black circle which appears as a needle and black thread on the left side of the mark with the words "Embroidery Software Protection Coalition" stached on the right side of the circle "C" in the font of Arial Black in a mixture of Capital first letters of each word and lower case letters thereafter for remaining word. "Embroidery" is red letters, stacked on top of the word "Software" which is in yellow letters stacked on top of word "Protection" in sky blue letters which is stacked on the bottom word "Coalition" in emerald green letters. The words are stacked on top of the stacked on top of each other on the right side of the circle "C".
