"The mark consists of a globe depicting red land masses and blue ocean, held by a blue stick figure with small diamond-shaped beginning and endpoints for each line segment of which the stickfigure is composed. Above the globe, are five two-toned (blue/red blend), geometric, cube-like figures in an arc formation and appear to be held by the stickfigure's extended arms. Each cube-like figure forming the arc above the globe varies in size, position, and rotation, but each displays part of the "literal element" (EECHB) in white. The letter "C" displayed by the figure in the center of the arc formation resembles a crescent moon. the color, red, appears in the land masses of the globe and in the cubes; the color, blue, appears in the stick figure, the water portions of the globe, and in the cubes; the color, white, appears in the letters, EECHB; and the color, purple, appears in the cubes where blue and red are blended together."
