The mark contains BACOUSTICS, LLC in non-standard characters. All letters are capitalized, but the BA and LLC are in slightly larger font size than COUSTICS. The B has two sections removed at the top and bottom, a small area on the oval part next to the vertical line is cut out. The first half of the letter A is removed so that the vertical slant on the left side is gone as well as part of the center cross. COUSTICS is in standard letter form. LLC is also in standard letter form. There is a horizontal line between the top of the letter A, which does not touch the letter A, to the top of the first L in LLC without touching the letter. There is a break in the line above the letter O. There are three curved lines right above the letter O that extend upward. These lines are one-quarter of a circle, such that the center point is at a 90 degree angle. The lines therefore extend approximately 45 degrees outward on each side from the top of the letter O. The curved lines break up the horizontal line and extend just above the horizontal line. The top corner of the top curved line is approximately the same height as the bottom portion of the horizontal line. The letters and horizontal line all contain the same dark blue color. The circular lines contain a light ocean-blue type color.
