The mark consists of two side by side, one larger then the other, snow capped mountainous cones as a background. The smaller mountain is on the left and the larger mountain is on the right. The two mountains blend into a mountain plain below them. There is one caricature in the mark which is best described as a female child, with pigtails, wearing pants, t-shirt and tennis shoes (hereinafter "child"), holding a string in her left hand, which is attached to a kite flying above her head. The child is one that is in a walking stance holding a string attached to a kite flying above her head. The child is walking and flying the kite at the same time. The kite is to the left of the small mountain in the background that was described earlier, the child is beneath the kite but slightly to the left of the kite. The kite has a tail. There is a tiny bow between the tail and the kite. The child is holding a book clutched in her right hand against her body. Between the kite and the small mountain are the letters "HYE". Underneath the mountain plain and the child there are two horizontal bands/lines that start 1/4 above the left side of the mark and slightly angle down towards the bottom of the mark about 1/3 away from the center of the bottom of the mark. Where the two angled horizontal bands/lines end, the letters "MEDZNANK" begins. The letters "MEDZNANK" angles slightly up and ends approximately about 1/4 above the right side of the mark.
