The mark consists of A company seal, shield or armorial coat of arms, bearing a brick or castle-like Crown on top of shield containing a door, path-way and windows, followed by a large horizontal Golden Key with light blue Seas behind it, on top, and with three (3) castle- towers on an left angle on the left- side of the shield, with tobacco leaves, palm trees and a mountain on the right- side of the shield/seal. The seal/shield is bordered by a gold trim all around the seal, and a gold "T" formation on center inside of the shield. A (Two branches) green laurel- leaves wreath circles around from the bottom portion of the shield to the top sides, containing small spreading red type berries from branches, with a beige color banner accros the center of shield, displaying the name of the company in dark blue letters/text: "Olde Colonial Havana Cigar Company." The word "Havana" appears on heavier Blue text on the center of the banner and shield/ seal. A light blue ribbon ties the two laurel wreath branches on bottom..
