The mark consists of a rectangle bisected vertically. The bisection is off center to the viewer's right and marked by the meeting of two background colors being red and white respectively. The first section, being of the background color red, comprises the largest portion of the box to the viewer's left. It contains the letters "ECONO" centered vertically therein in white lettering and is underlined with a thin line whose color fades from white to red in a left to right direction from the standpoint of the viewer. The second section, being of the background color white, comprises the smaller portion of the box to the viewer's right. It contains the letters "TAX" in black lettering and is underlined with a thin red line. This thin red line abuts the thin line located in the first section to the viewer's left. Beneath said thin red line appear the words "The Tax Professionals" in a stylized black font. The entire mark, which is substantially rectangle in shape, is boardered by two black lines.
