In certifier's opinion and in accordance with certifier's published standards, the international issuer of the subject security is a company with ongoing operations, audited financial and appropriate other disclosures, reports and certifications and is listed on a foreign stock exchange. Owner will later provide a copy of the standards the owner will use to determine whether the services will be certified. The owner will not engage in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied.
