The mark consists of (i) a rectangular design element placed on the far right-hand side of the flat trim panel directly above the refrigerator door; (ii) seven horizontal ridges extending across approximately 65% of the front of the refrigerator from the far right side of the refrigerator, and featuring a lower horizontal edge which is slightly longer than the upper horizontal edge, placed between the flat trim panel at the upper edge of the refrigerator and the flat trim panel directly above the refrigerator door; and (iii) two four sided geometric design elements featuring upper horizontal edges slightly longer than their lower horizontal edges, one placed inside the another, and set to the left of the seven horizontal ridges, below the flat trim panel at the upper edge of the refrigerator door and directly above the flat trim panel directly above the refrigerator door. The dotted lines are used to show placement of the proposed mark on the goods.
