The mark consists of A vertical black retangle outlined with a gold colored line, which line is given a frayed edge apperance with short thin parallel gold lines. At top of rectangle is a continous thick gold cursive line forming ever increasingly small unclosed circles, the outermost part of the cursive line being encased by a detached circle of parallel gold lines about the length of the diameter of the innermost unclosed circle of the cursive line, under which is the word "CENDERA" in bold white capital letters, under which is the word "FUNDING" in smaller white capital letters.
