The mark consists of solely the color combination yellow and black as applied to goods comprising a wheeled medical transport apparatus, namely, an ambulance cot having a patient support surface with hand rails, grips and siderails, a base frame with collapsible legs and four ground contacting wheels. The color yellow appears over the entirety of the patient support surface and the risers of the hand rails, the upper portion of the base frame and a portion of the collapsible legs, and the side braces and wheel brackets of the wheeled carriage as well as the support for the foot end hand grips; the color black appears on the lower portion of the foot end legs and the lower portion of the head end legs and the head end and foot end cross connectors of the wheeled carriage, and a pair of struts connecting the head end legs to the wheeled carriage, the foot end hand grips, all wheels, and hand rails and a safety bar at the head end.
