Whereas: John Llemos has designed a financial product that will grow to a minimum of one million dollars (or another currency such as Pound Sterling, German Mark, etc.) by the client's 65th birthday. Whereas: The objective of this financial product is to encourage clients and prospective customers to invest a pre-defined amount of money that guarantees the client of a total investment (principal and income) of one million dollars (or other currencies) at the age of 65 years old. Whereas: The financial product contains an option offered to the client to receive the minimum of one million dollars (or other currency) on the 65th birthday from John Llemos or his assignees. Whereas: If the client does not take the option, John Llemos or his assignees will continue to invest at the current program and the money will be available for withdrawal at each anniversary birthday following age 65.
