The mark consists of a blue oval, within which are the words, in upper case red letters "STAR SPANGLED AMERICANS SOCIETY TM", written across the top of the arc, underneath that are the words, in lower case blue letters "www.starspangledamericans.com, written in an arc, underneath that, in a straight line, are the words in upper case red letters "Uniting Americans", underneath that, in a straightline, in lowercase letters are the words "hearts & minds -spirits & souls, underneath that in a straight line, in uppercase letters are the words "For a Better way of Life tm" and underneath that on the left side of the oval is a drawing of the United States in blue; each state is outlined by a white line and each state is represented by a white star. Extending from the right of the flag are 13 alternate red and white vertical stripes, following the arc of the oval. Across the bottom of the oval, in an upward arc, are the words in uppercase blue letters "Ignore Politics & Embrace Patriotism tm".
