Promoting accountability of global decision-makers by monitoring policy-making at the United Nations and other policy-making organizations, educating the public, and advocating on issues of international peace and justice and social and economic policy; Communicating global concerns to public officials, and developing proposals to create, reform and strengthen international institutions such as the United Nations; Networking, collaborating and sharing information and resources to build coalitions for research, action and advocacy on issues of international peace and justice, social and economic policy; Sponsoring internships and programs to train and promote volunteers to work on global issues; Promoting awareness of global, social and economic policy issues and distribution of reports and information in connection therewith; Providing information and analysis in the field of policy-making and global social and economic policy to educate, mobilize and influence policy-makers, diplomats, media reporters, teachers, experts and the public, using electronic and print media as well as meetings, consultations, lectures, and other public and private events
