The mark consists of the stylized design of a shadowed desert valley (including a hill and cactus) in black and orange, where the sky and cloud elements are colored in sunset orange, white, and yellow. In the sky is located the term YUMA ORGANIC BLEND in white. In the shadow of the hill is the term 100% ORGANIC TOBACCO. The sunset colors of yellow and orange are elements of the entire mark. The entire design is enclosed within a criss-cross multi-lined grid.. The color black appears in the foreground drawing of a desert scene and in the box containing the Surgeon General's warning; the color orange appears around the periphery and the top center of the complete mark; the color yellow appears in the background to the desert scene, in the top of the mark and in the area surrounding the desert scene, always blending with the orange portions; and the color white appears as reverse type in the literal elements of the mark, namely "YUMA ORGANIC BLEND" as well as in the clouds in the background.
