The mark consists of an enlarged drawing of a mosquito, with a large circle above it; within the circle is a faceless butler in a jacket and bowtie with outstretched arms holding the initials V.I.P. which are displayed in a dark green color (the lining in the figure's jacket is a feature of the mark and is not intended to indicate color); below the initials are the words Vector Intervention Program, also displayed in a dark green color; within the black border of the circle are white letters that spell out INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS FOR PEST MANAGEMENT and PEST RELATED HEALTH PROGRAMS and two smaller circles with a green shamrock mark; the shamrock mark being a design of variating horizontal lines on a dark green circular background; the lining shown in the shamrock portion of the drawing is a feature of the mark and is not intended to indicate color; the shamrock design portion of the mark is a registered trademark owned by the Applicant (Reg. No. 2,704,031).
