The black represents the death & destruction on 9/11. However, as a Christian nation, we are protected by the glory of God and Glory of our flag colors. Hence, it is Christian Patriotism at its Best as it encompasses the colors of the U.S. Flag, but also the Trinity which is represented by the three White Stars, and of course the yellow at the top which stands for Hope pointing upwards.
