The mark is consists of two squares, one is smaller than the other. The centers of both squares are centered at same point. Diagonal lines from each corner of each square separate each square into equal quarters. Each quarter of each square is of different color. The colors are-- red, blue, green, and yellow. The quarter with similar color in the larger square is located on the opposite side in the smaller square. The color yellow appears in bottom of the outside square and in the top of the inside triangle; green on the right of the outside square and in the left side of the inside triangle; blue in the top of the outside square and in the bottom of the inside triangle; and red in the left of the outside square and in the right of the inside triangle.
