The three smaller rectangles are separated by a thin white line; and a small gold square (which serves as a hyphen) separates the two upper [dark and light blue] small rectangles. The three words that comprise the literal element of the Mark are divided into one word in each of the three small rectangles. The literal element is in white lettering in the two small [dark and light] blue rectangles and in dark blue lettering in the small gold rectangle.
