The mark consists of an ornamental frame in the shape of an oval with two rectangular bands through the middle of the oval; the larger band is blue and the smaller band is red and is placed immediately under the blue band; the words "7.62 Design Inc." are written in white across the blue rectangular band and the words "Distinctive Military Apparel" are written across the red rectangular band; a white circle with a blue star appears at each end of the blue rectangular band; the remainder of the oval is divided into two sections vertically of which the left side is blue with three white stars and the right side contains horizontal red and white alternating stripes; the oval shape with the rectangular bands is outlined with three lines with the innermost and outermost lines being white and the middle line being blue.
