The mark is comprised of the three upper-case letters "HMX" in the color gray connected together with the right line of the "H" being the left line of the "M", and the left to right ascending diagonal of the "X" connecting to the bottom of the right line of the "M". The lines together form a stylized chart comprised of the gray chart lines that form the letters "HMX" on a slightly slanted rectangle with rounded corners. The lines of the letters divide the rectangle into three areas. The background area above the lines of the letters to the top edge of the rectangle is colored green. The area below the lines of the letters to the bottom edge of the rectangle, and the area between the rightmost diagonals of the X and the rightmost edge of the rectangle are colored blue. The left to right diagonal of the X terminates in an arrowhead pointing upward and to the right that touches the border of the rectangle. All of the chart lines comprising the "HMX" letters are highlighted to create the illusion that the lines are raised in comparison to the background green and blue colors. The right and bottoms edges of the rectangle are outlined using the gray color used on the charts lines to give the effect that the entire rectangle is raised above the background. The wording HEDGEMETRIX, LLC is in the color blue and features an underline in the color blue.
