The mark is a configuration mark and consists of a slightly concave cylindrical bottle with high shoulders and a neck that is thin at the top, but bulges outward in a pear shape as the neck connects to the top of the shoulder. The mouth and thin portion of the neck bears raised screw threads. The drawing uses solid lines to claim the distinctive shape of the neck and shoulder of the bottle, but uses dotted lines to disclaim the mouth and screw threads at the top of the neck, as well as the concave sides and flat base of the bottle. On the front of the bottle, slightly below the shoulder, the bottle features an embossed design featuring a stylized, fancifully arranged sheaf of rye, distillery, and streams of water. Solid lines are used in the drawing to claim the distinctive embossed feature. Dotted lines are used in the drawing to disclaim an indentation at the bottom of the front of the bottle. Centered on the rear of the bottle, starting from the base and continuing approximately half-way up the shoulder, there is a series of parallel vertical ridges. The drawing uses solid lines to claim these distinctive vertical line designs. Dotted lines are used in the drawing to disclaim an indentation at the very bottom base at the back of the bottle.
