The mark consists of a shield shaped border enclosing a field upon which three cinquefoils are placed. The shield shape is defined with a generally horizontal top with two generally vertical sides extending approximately halfway down the length of the shield, then arcing towards each other and meeting at the bottom center. One cinquefoil is placed in the top left quadrant, another is placed on the top right quadrant and the third is placed below the top quadrants, centered between the bottom quadrants.
