The INTERACTIVE VISITOR ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM is the service provided via a database located in a remote location for which all entered information is processed, storedand retrieved by a community's administration, community's residents, community's visitors and Cybatrol, Inc. The INTERACTIVE VISITOR ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM consists of a main database server, computers for entering and retrieving information, computer screens for viewing information, keyboards for entering numbers and letters, mouse, barcode scanner or imager for recalling previously entered information and acknowledging visitor entry activity, internet access to transmit and retrieve visitor information, telephony system to notify community resident of a guest arrival into a community and a battery back-up device to maintain computers during an electrical outage. The INTERACTIVE VISITOR ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM is a contractual service provided to a residential or commercial access controlled community or building. Individuals within the community are provided access to the INTERACTIVE VISITOR ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM during the community's contracted monthly or annual agreement. The INTERACTIVE VISITOR ANNOUNCEMENT SYSTEM allows individuals of an access controlled manned or unmanned community or building the ability to announce arriving visitors via their personal computer and internet access as well as delivering to the visitor via email through the internet a barcoded entry pass printer on the visitor's printer which is scanned at the community or building to expedite the check-in proceedure. The barcoded entry pass is used during the visitor's entire scheduled visit.
