Charitable services, namely organizing and conducting volunteer programs and community-based service projects, namely, involving individuals and groups in an adult, unmarried demographic group in such programs and projects that allow them the opportunity to assist charitable organizations, disadvantaged individuals and communities and that introduce them to volunteer services, grant making and other activities which instill in America's adults and youth the spirit of giving while providing valuable education in leadership and responsibility
