The mark consists of the words "UGLY HOUSE FINANCING" in stylized white letters displayed on a red background which is defined by the stylized orange frame of a house. The letters "WWW" are stylized black letters displayed on a yellow background situated inside a stylized chimney which is attached to the left side of the roof close to the top of the house. Both the outline of the house and the chimney, are displayed against a blue background representing a stylized sky with blue stylized clouds. The letters "COM" are stylized black letters displayed on a yellow background which is in the form of a stylized curved walkway extending from the bottom of the right hand side of the house. The words "BRIDGE GROUP" are comprised of stylized white letters located directly below the left side of the house with the word "THE" displayed in stylized white letters situated immediately above and to the left of the letter "B" in the word "BRIDGE," and partially extending over the silhouette of a white stylized suspension bridge, which immediately precedes the word "BRIDGE." The words "THE BRIDGE GROUP" and the silhouette of the suspension bridge are surrounded by a green background representing a stylized yard which is attached to the house.
