The tail of the "R" in "Fair" extends to the right in a form suggestive of two parallel flowing streamers; the word "Fair" is also outlined; and appearing around and in close proximity to the word elements are scattered symbols in the form of stylized musical notes, stars, balloons, exploding fireworks, and chevrons.
