Corporation will produce full, frozen meals targeted at the unique nutritional requirements of persons with diabetes. These will be sold through the e-commerce website and through the corporation's outlets. Research has shown this to be a unique business model, offering full microwavable meals in disposable trays for persons with diabetes. In addition, diabetic counseling will be available online through the website and face-to-face at the outlets with a Certified Diabetes Educator. Also, freshly prepared food for persons with diabetes will be available at the outlets in a restaurant/deli setting. The initial market served will be South Carolina and surrounding states.
