The mark consists of the appearance and design of the interior of a restaurant with a southwestern theme through the combination of southwestern style sculptures, original artwork, and hand-painted picture frames; southwestern style furniture (tables and chairs); pendant lighting; hanging menu board; peppers hanging from the ceiling, use of T shape beams and pony walls reminiscent of wooden structures used in western movies; southwestern inspired tapered cylinder bar corner structures featuring assorted bottles; large tiles on the floor, and use of turquoise, red, brown, and terra cotta colors throughout the restaurant. The representation of the dining room shown in broken lining forms no part of the mark and merely serves to show the position of these items on the mark.
