We will be providing mentor training and testing to prepare people to fulfill the role of an occupational mentor within a business; This means that they are specially trained to help bring new people into a business, transfer their knowledge and skills to these new people, or move other employees up the career ladder using what they have learned about mentoring; Trained mentors who have passed our final exam will be able to claim the credentials of "Certified Occupational Mentor", and will be allowed to put the cooresponding initials "COM" after their name
