The mark consists of a hand held bottle opener meant to be used for the purpose of removing bottle caps from bottles. The critical parts of the tool - the handle, tooth, groove, neck, fulcrum and bulbous top are continuous around the circumference of the tool allowing the tool to be operated from any approach to a bottle. The handle terminates at the tooth which is formed by a grove cut into the tool slightly back toward the handle and then outward again forming a tappered neck that terminates at the fulcrum which transitions into the bulbous top. The handle is used as a lever, the tooth grips the crown of a bottle cap, the groove and neck allow for necessary clearence for the bottle cap to be mounted, the fulcrum with force from the lever pushes down on the center of the cap allowing the crown of the cap to be manipulated so the cap disengages from the bottle, and the bulbous top is the end of the tool.
