The mark consists of the design on a cigarette package, namely, a contrasting, continuous top and side border in a curvilinear, sinusoidal shape; a contrasting, continuous bottom and side border with a straight edge; an accent line encircling the package near the top of the bottom and side border, all of which appear on all sides of the package; and the stylized letters "G" and "B" placed within a design outline of a shield, with a crown placed on top of the shield, and two identical seahorses on either side of the shield design, each of which faces the letters "G" and "B" respectively, all of which appear on the front and back sides of the cigarette package. Solid lines indicate areas of the mark in contrasting color but color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The side and back half of the package which is not visible in the drawing contains the remaining portion of the mark which is identical to the portion seen in the drawing. The package depicted by broken lines indicate placement of the mark, is not part of the mark and no claim is made to it. The broken lines show matter not claimed as part of the mark and show where the mark is on the package.
