These tools will include: Series of Educational Seminars/Courses, Written Communication, Internet Platform Services, Disease Management Teams of Medical Personnel, Health Educators, Meetings in Groups as well as Individuals, Mailings/Newsletters to Home, and Incentives and Disincenitves via BFWP's (Bona Fide Wellness Plans).
