Applicant submits the following description of the mark pursuant to Trademark Rule 2.52 (a)(2)(v): The mark contains the separated letters "Q", "i", and "X" on the first line and the word "SKATEBOARDS" on the second line. "SKATEBOARDS" is shown with a line device under it. The color claims for letters and backgrounds for the letters are as follows: the "Q" is black in a red rectangular field. The "i" is in lower case and is white in a black rectangular field. The "X" is red in a gray rectangular field. The word "SKATEBOARDS" and the line device under it are black in a white rectangular field. A black rectangle encloses the previously described features.
