The mark consists of the following words and certain distinctive design elements described herein-- "MARTÍ AUTÉNTICO, LICOR DE RON, SUPER PREMINUM, CUBAN-STYLE RUM, WITH NATURAL LIME & MINT, MOJITO" and "LIBERTADOR DE CUBA JOSÉ MARTÍ". The word "MARTÍ" is in red with green and blue borders; the banner carrying the word "AUTÉNTICO" is in blue with the inner scrolled portion of the banner in green and the word "AUTÉNTICO" in white; the word "MOJITO" is in green fading to white tones. The mark also includes a design consisting of-- a lush and tropical feeling to the entire label; a stylized and historic framed portrait of José Martí in sepia tones; stylized ornamental designs in each of the four corners of the label; an inner cabled border in lighter green and an outer border in darker green; tropical vegetation (palm trees) in the upper portion of the lime-green label; a sunburst with lime-green rays emanating from the center of the label; a tropical island scene with palm trees, mountains and other vegetation and a stylized representation of limes and mint leaves in the bottom portion of the label in various shades of green; and a progression of lime-green shades in the background of the label. Color is claimed as a feature of the mark.
