The insurance companies provide warranties on authenticated identities. Financial institutions join the Netar network to provide payment and other financial services to the consumers. Netar, performs electronic processing of insurance claims / payment data and operates a marketplace for sellers of goods and/or services.

Netar hosts the authentication processing of its consumer members on a computer server forming a global computer network. Netar provides mediated multiple-user access to the global authenticated computer information network. Netar provides association services, namely, promoting the interests of consumers involved with trade and allowing consumers to form self organizing groups. Netar secures all network communication using data encryption and PKI. Netar's computer services are provided by installing computer software on customers' computers.
